Who we are

THREE. — Soy candles for three moments.

Our warehouse, and the address for anything sent by post: 201 NW 22nd Ave., Unit 100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, USA. It is not a shop and not open to the public. Reach a human: email orders@threeatelier.com.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it, and is shown to you before you pay, not after.

Prices can change. The price that binds is the one on screen when you place the order.

Your order

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and send the candle. Until then we can decline it — if a scent has sold out between your click and the packing bench, or if a price was listed wrong.

If we decline, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full within one business day.

Variation between batches

Soy is a natural wax and it does not behave identically twice. Colour varies a shade from one batch to the next, surfaces frost, and the same fragrance load reads a little stronger in one batch than in another.

That variation is the product working as intended, not a defect, and it is not grounds for a return under the returns policy. What is a fault: a wick that fails, a jar that cracks, a candle that will not hold a flame.

Buying

You must be 18 or older to order. We ship within the United States only, and title and risk pass to you when the carrier hands the box over.

Burning it

A candle is an open flame and you are responsible for how you use it. Follow the instructions on the label and on our candle safety page: within sight, away from anything that catches, out of reach of children and pets.

We are not liable for damage caused by a candle burned against those instructions. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

If something goes wrong

Where the law allows a limit, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are untouched by that sentence, and by anything else on this page.

Which law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Broward County.
